The Miami Chapter and its brothers had an exciting year. Following a successful recruitment, the chapter welcomed 24 new brothers. The men also won the campus Greek Week and hosted its longstanding Puddle Pull competition. Three senior members on the Miami Club Hockey team made regionals, with one being named Most Valuable Player.

Benjamin Case receives DU’s Key Leader Award

On May 14, 2025, Delta Upsilon International Fraternity presented Benjamin Case, Miami ’03, with the Key Leader Award during an alumni event in Cincinnati hosted by the DU Educational Foundation. This award recognizes a volunteer for their dedication to Delta Upsilon at the local, regional or international level. The intent is to recognize individuals who have the best interests of DU at heart, and who understand the requirements and expectations of a DU chapter and an effective DU leader. Brother Case has been a longtime advisor and alumni chapter officer for the Miami Chapter.

“The Miami Chapter remains successful thanks to the dedication of its alumni, and Ben Case is one of these exceptional volunteers,” said DU Executive Director Justin Kirk, Boise State ’00. “For years, Ben has selflessly given of his time and treasure to the betterment of the Fraternity. We commend him for his continued service and thank him on behalf of the entire Fraternity and Miami Chapter.”
